Norfolk CASA's Mother's Day
Luncheon & Silent Auction
May 12, 2023
Norfolk CASA hosted more than 140 guests at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club on
Friday, May 12, 2023 at our annual luncheon to kick-off Mother's Day weekend.
Folks showed up ready to bid on their favorite silent auction items, see old friends,
share some laughs, and honor the multi-faceted role of what ALL
it means to be a mom.
This year's luncheon was emceed by the ever engaging Nicole Livas, anchor/journalist
of 13NewsNow and this year's recipient of the Betty Wade Coyle Award for a Lifetime
Achievement in Child Advocacy was none other than Teens With A Purpose
Executive Director Deirdre Love.
Many thanks to all of our donors, sponsors, and guests. Your support
is critical as we continue to be a voice and a shoulder for kids who are
court involved due to abuse and neglect.
We look forward to seeing you next year!

Norfolk CASA celebrates the return of our
Mother's Day Luncheon & Silent Auction!
Friday, May 6, 2022
Norfolk CASA's annual luncheon honors the role of mothers in our own lives
and serves as a great reminder of the importance of family.
As we work to tell the story of children who navigate the courts due to abuse and neglect, we
also work to bear witness to the incredible journey of families who face struggles to heal, hope,
and restore stability. Understanding the critical importance of family preservation for our CASA
kids and our community, we honor the mothers, and all those who
step into the role, this day and everyday.
